It cuts to a lawyers office where Ms. Spencer, Oliver's Lawyer, is arguing with another lawyer over the case. The lawyer wants to make a deal and cut Oliver a break to plead guilty. Spencer will not allow this to happen.

Inside the place Oliver finds the information he needs, as he is leaving he see's the ship taking off. His mom left him there. Black Canary has a tracker on him and goes after Oliver. The issue ends with Canary and gang going to save Oliver.
Final Thoughts: The issue was interesting, it was a middle arc for sure. No real action but tons of character development and twists. As always Juan's art is fantastic and top of the line. I am awaiting the end of this story arc.
In total I give this issue at 7/10. It wasn't the best, but it told the story it had to tell.
